What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Operate and maintain industrial wastewater treatment systems and related equipment
• Monitor treatment processes and adjust controls to maintain optimal system performance
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Collect and analyze water samples to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate records related to operations, maintenance, and sample results
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve operational challenges
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• Coordinate with team members and communicate effectively with management on scheduling and responsibilities
• Develop and follow standard work procedures
• Assist with the operation of industrial wash systems
• Perform additional duties as needed

This position supports plant operations through electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and facility support in a fast-paced industrial environment.
This role is best suited for an electrician who is safety-focused, technically strong, and comfortable working independently on complex electrical systems and equipment.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using prints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Diagnose and repair electrical circuitry problems affecting plant equipment
• Disconnect, replace, and reconnect electric motors ranging from fractional HP up to 50 HP
• Install conduit for new and replacement equipment, including work on ladders and lift platforms
• Modify, redesign, and implement electrical changes to machinery as needed
• Inspect, analyze, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and support overall facility upkeep
• Safely complete hazardous-duty work in compliance with electrical safety standards
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum of 4 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
• Strong understanding of electrical safety practices including grounding, lockout/tagout, de-energizing, testing, and circuit isolation
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Ability to work in overhead structures, confined spaces, and beneath machinery
• High attention to detail with the ability to work precisely and safely around energized systems
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment electrician assessment

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Key Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate 3–5 axis CNC machines on 2nd shift
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings

This role will oversee quality inspection for the fabrication department (Laser, Brake Press, Turret Punch), assembly department, weld fit-ups, and final build processes to ensure all products meet engineering specifications and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and final inspections of fabricated parts, weldments, subassemblies, and completed products.
