Our Founder, Tami Siekert, brings over 25 years of recruiting expertise, with a proven track record in hard to fill placements and a gift for building trusted, lasting partnerships. Throughout her career, she has been recognized as a top performer and respected leader, known for her honest approach and deep commitment to both clients and candidates.
Our Co founder, Lisa Siekert, also brings more than 25 years of experience in customer service, operations, and client support. Her attention to detail and dedication to excellence make her a vital part of every client relationship we build.
With much prayer and thoughtful consideration, we founded TLS Partners LLC to serve our Lord God by delivering an honest, heartfelt recruiting service where people always come first.
